Dedicated to Juanma

Last wednesday, practicing conversation in class, Juanma told me something about two little kittens that touched him. I don't remember the story exactly but, from my old files, I ve just recovered a video to dedicate it to him. Enjoy it Juanma!

The Plot

Two people raised a lion cub and he was named "Christian". He became very big to be kept for those people, so they decided to let him in freedom to live as a wild lion.

One year later they travelled to the natural reserve where the lion was. They were told that the lion wouldn't remember them. The video was taken in the moment they met.

Thank you, Peter. I've enjoyed the story very much. In fact last wednesday, when you told me it, I got a bit surprised because I imagined that lions were always hungry and furious and a year is a great period of time for wild life.

The lions seems an enormous cat and two men seem hippies in the 70's, don't you think? I like the music too, arent they Aerosmith?

See you this afternoon

Yes, they are.

No one of us can't get what animals feel or think, we only can have an idea but nothing exact. As egocentric we are, many of us think animals are just machines but I think there is something else (although it is a bit). To find it out we only need time, to have interest for learning and maybe... a sixth feeling ;)

See you later alligator :)

Wonderful, fantastic... this video melted my heart!!. It's true, I think animals can feel and remember the people who looked after them. I have got a dog who is eleven years old (yes, I said "who" because she is like a person, she is one more in our family), so, you can imagine everything she wants to tell you just looking at her eyes. She can give us more love than some people, and I think there are many people who could look like my dog and many other animals.
Thank you for this video.
